Your files. Your model. Your desk.

Olyvr Workspace is a desktop assistant that searches your documents, answers with citations you can check, and drafts documents you review beside the chat. It runs on your computer.

Re: Q3 delivery and pricing

Thank you for the update on pricing.

Under section 7, changes require 1430 days' written notice, so the new rates would apply from December 1.

We'd also like to discuss the two late deliveries…

What it does

Answers you can check

Olyvr searches your workspace, reads the relevant documents, and cites them. Citations are checked against what the agent actually read, so it cannot cite a source it never opened.

Drafts you review

Ask for a document and it opens beside the chat as a set of proposed changes. Accept or reject each one, then export to Word, PDF or Markdown, clean or with tracked changes.

Your documents, your accounts

Import PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files, or collect mail and files from Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook and OneDrive, plus GitHub issues and pull requests.

Chats and projects

Group chats, documents and notes into projects. The agent can recall earlier conversations in the same project.

Memory you control

Profile notes about you, your people and your projects, plus preferences like “keep emails under 150 words”. Your edits always win over generated text.

Skills and plugins

Teach repeatable playbooks with Markdown skills, and add tools from any MCP server. By default, plugin tools ask before they run.

Spreadsheets and decks Partial can be generated, imported and exported; cell-level and slide-level review is still in progress. My Day Partial extracts tasks from your documents; calendar sync is not available yet. See feature status.

Bring your own model

Search, import, browsing and export all work without any model. The model is only needed for the agent and for generating memory and tasks.

Private by design

Local storage

Documents, chats and the search index live in a folder on your machine. There is no Olyvr account and no Olyvr cloud service.

Locked-down backend

The app’s engine only listens on your own machine and only accepts requests from the Olyvr window that started it.

Encrypted secrets

API keys, account tokens and plugin credentials are encrypted at rest. No telemetry is collected.

Text you send to a model goes to the provider you chose. Data and privacy explains exactly what leaves your machine.
